    Return any product within 30 days of delivery with at least 80% of the product remaining (i.e., no more than 20% used) for a 100% refund of the product cost (excluding shipping & handling).

  • Ineligible Returns
    Products returned after 30 days, or those showing more than 20% usage, are not eligible for any refund.

3.  Refund  Amounts  &  Fees

  • Product Cost
    Refunds cover the full product price (tax refunded where applicable).

  • Shipping & Handling
    Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fees
    We never charge additional fees—what you paid is what you get back    .

4.  How  to  Return

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Log in to our Returns Portal (link in your order confirmation).

  2. Pack & Ship
    Simply package your products securely and ship them back to us using your carrier of choice.

  3. Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

5.  Exceptions  &  Final  Sale  Items

  • Final Sale
    Products marked “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions are non-refundable.

  • Gift Purchases
    Refunds for gifts can be issued either back to the original purchaser or as store credit to the recipient—just let us know which you prefer.
