  1. Order Processing
    Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    Cut-off time for same-day processing: 3:00 PM PST.

  2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
    Shipping Methods:
    Standard (USPS First Class, 3–7 business days)
    Expedited (USPS Priority, 1–3 business days)

        Rates:
        Flat rate of $10 on all orders under $100
        Free standard shipping on orders $100 and up
        Expedited upgrade available for an additional cost

   3. Order Tracking
        Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

   4. Lost or Damaged Packages
        If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rejjuv.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will

        work with the carrier to file a claim and either replace your order or issue a refund.

   5. Shipping Delays & Holidays
        During peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, holiday rush), processing may take up to 5 business days. Please order early to  avoid delays.
