Hair Growth Timeline: What to Expect

Understanding your hair’s natural growth cycle can help set realistic expectations as you use Rejjuv products:

  • Anagen Phase (Growth): Lasts 2-6 years — this is when hair actively grows.

  • Catagen Phase (Transition): Lasts 2-3 weeks — hair growth slows and follicles shrink.

  • Telogen Phase (Resting): Lasts 2-4 months — hair rests before shedding.

Because hair grows approximately half an inch (1.25 cm) per month, visible results take time. Lashes and brows have shorter but similar growth cycles (about 3-4 months). Patience and consistent care over weeks to months are key to seeing fuller, healthier hair.

How Your Hair Naturally Grows

Imagine your scalp is a big forest, and each hair is like a tree. These trees grow in different directions depending on where they are in the forest. Let's explore how hair grows in various parts of your head:

1. Top of the Head (Crown)

  • Growth Pattern: Hair here grows in a circular or spiral pattern, often forming a "whorl" or swirl.

  • Example: Think of the top of a sunflower, where all the petals (hairs) spiral out from the center.

  • Visual Aid: (Add image showing spiral hair growth on the crown here)

2. Forehead (Hairline)

  • Growth Pattern: Hair along the hairline grows forward to frame your face.

  • Example: Like the edge of a garden bed, where plants (hairs) grow toward the front.

  • Visual Aid: (Add image showing hair growth direction at the hairline here)

3. Sides of the Head (Temples)

  • Growth Pattern: Hair grows down and slightly back, following the natural shape of your head.

  • Example: Like the sides of a hill, where grass (hair) grows downward and outward.

  • Visual Aid: (Add diagram showing hair growth on the sides of the head here)

4. Back of the Head (Occipital Area)

  • Growth Pattern: Hair grows downward and slightly outward, often in a straight line.

  • Example: Like the back of a mountain, where trees (hairs) grow straight down the slope.

  • Visual Aid: (Add image illustrating hair growth on the back of the head here)

Why Does Hair Grow Differently in Each Area?

  • Genetics: Your genes determine the direction and pattern of your hair growth.

  • Hair Follicles: The tiny "roots" in your skin, called hair follicles, are angled differently in various parts of your scalp, affecting how hair grows.

  • Hormones: Changes in hormones, especially during puberty, can influence hair growth patterns.

Fun Fact: Hair Whorls
Some people have a special pattern called a "hair whorl" on the back of their head. It's like a little swirl or spiral where the hair grows in a circular direction. It's completely normal and unique to each person!

Usage Tips for Healthy Hair, Lashes & Brows

1. Feed your hair from within:

A balanced diet rich in protein, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins (especially biotin, vitamin E, vitamin D, and zinc) will provide the building blocks for hair growth. Hair is mostly protein (keratin), so make sure you’re getting enough – think lean meats, eggs, legumes, or plant protein sources. Don’t forget green veggies and fruits for vitamins and minerals. And stay hydrated – hair thrives when your body is well-hydrated. (Fun fact: Vitamin E and healthy fats help maintain a healthy scalp and shiny hair, so foods like avocados, nuts, and olive oil are great additions.)

2. Understanding DHT and Its Role in Hair Loss:

  • Natural DHT Blockers

  • Saw Palmetto — Thought to inhibit 5-alpha reductase, reducing DHT production. Some studies suggest its potential in combating hair loss. Generally well-tolerated; consult healthcare providers before use.

  • Pumpkin Seed Oil — Contains phytosterols that may inhibit DHT production. Limited evidence supports its role in hair health. Safe for most individuals; more research needed.

  • Green Tea (EGCG) — Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) may inhibit DHT production. Some studies suggest potential benefits in hair growth. Antioxidant-rich; consult healthcare providers before use.

  • Topical DHT Blockers
DHT-blocking shampoos contain ingredients like saw palmetto, ketoconazole, caffeine, and green tea extract. These may reduce scalp DHT levels and support hair health. Use as part of a comprehensive hair care routine.

  • Dietary Considerations
Green Tea (contains EGCG), pumpkin seeds (rich in zinc), edamame (contains isoflavones), and coconut oil (offers scalp nourishment) may support hair health and influence DHT levels.

3. Dihydrotestosterone (DHT):

Is a potent androgen hormone derived from testosterone. While it plays a crucial role in male development, elevated DHT levels are implicated in androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) by binding to androgen receptors in scalp hair follicles, leading to their miniaturization and eventual shedding.

4. Hormones and Their Impact on Hair Growth:

Hormonal balance plays a pivotal role in hair health. Understanding and managing hormonal influences can help in promoting and maintaining healthy hair growth.

  • Estrogen: Prolongs the anagen (growth) phase, leading to thicker, fuller hair. Decreased estrogen (menopause, postpartum) can shorten this phase, causing thinning.

  • Testosterone and Dihydrotestosterone (DHT): Testosterone converts to DHT, which can shrink hair follicles. Elevated levels (e.g., PCOS) cause thinning and excess body hair.

  • Thyroid Hormones: Regulate metabolism affecting hair follicles. Hypothyroidism can cause thinning; hyperthyroidism may cause hair loss.

  • Cortisol: Chronic stress hormone; high levels disrupt hair cycle, leading to telogen effluvium (temporary hair loss).

  • Progesterone: Balances estrogen effects; low levels may worsen estrogen dominance and hair thinning.

  • Prolactin: High levels can inhibit hair growth and delay regrowth after shedding.

  • Maintaining Hormonal Balance: Regular monitoring, stress management, balanced diet rich in vitamins D, B12, zinc, iron, and medical consultation if needed.

5. Manage your stress:

Stress can be a major factor in hair loss (conditions like telogen effluvium are often triggered by stress). Incorporate stress-reduction techniques into your life – whether it’s exercise, meditation, yoga, or even just a relaxing hobby. Good sleep is also crucial; aim for 7-8 hours a night. Lower stress = happier hair. If you notice seasonal or life-event-related shedding, remind yourself it can be temporary and focus on self-care.

6. Be gentle with your hair:

Treat your hair like a delicate fabric. Avoid tight hairstyles that tug on the scalp (e.g., tight ponytails, braids, or buns) on a daily basis – constant tension can cause a type of hair loss called traction alopecia. Use soft hair ties (scrunchies or spiral ties) instead of rubber bands. When detangling, start from the tips and work up to the roots, gently easing out knots (never yank a brush from scalp downward through a tangle). Use a wide-tooth comb on wet hair, which is when it’s most fragile. Pat hair dry with a towel or use a soft t-shirt, rather than rough rubbing. These small changes can significantly reduce breakage.

7. Avoid harsh chemical treatments:

Frequent bleaching, perms, chemical straightening, or relaxers can weaken hair fiber and damage the scalp. If you use these treatments, try to stretch longer between sessions, and invest in deep-conditioning treatments to mitigate damage. Better yet, embrace your natural color/texture when possible, and use gentle, natural hair dyes if you want a change (like henna or vegetable-based dyes). If you swim in chlorinated pools, use a swimmer’s cap or rinse hair thoroughly after to remove chlorine (which can be harsh on hair).

8. Scalp care is key:

A healthy scalp is the foundation for healthy hair. Think of your scalp as the soil in which hair grows – it needs to be clean and well-nourished. Wash your hair regularly, but not excessively. If you have very oily scalp, shampooing daily may be fine; if you have dry scalp or curly hair, you might do it 2-3 times a week. Use a gentle shampoo free of sulfates (which can strip natural oils). Occasionally clarify your scalp (with a clarifying shampoo or a natural rinse like diluted apple cider vinegar) to remove buildup that can clog follicles. Also, scalp massage is a wonderful habit – just 5 minutes a day of massaging your scalp (with or without our Hair Oil) can increase blood flow and help relieve tension. Many Rejjuv users incorporate a nightly scalp massage as part of their routine – it’s relaxing and beneficial.

9. Protect your hair from damage:

Heat styling tools (blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons) can fry your hair if used too often or at high settings. Try to air dry when you can, or use a heat protectant spray and the lowest effective heat setting. Limit flat iron and curler usage for special occasions. Also, protect your hair from environmental damage: in harsh sun, wear a hat or use a UV-protectant hair spray (yes, hair sunscreen is a thing!). In cold, dry weather, keep hair moisturized (our Hair Oil as a leave-in on ends can help). At night, consider sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase – it causes less friction than cotton, reducing hair breakage and frizz by morning. You’ll be surprised how much this one change can improve hair over time (plus, it’s great for your skin too).

10. Red Light Therapy (RLT):

Red Light Therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function. It’s a form of photobiomodulation, where light photons penetrate the skin and are absorbed by mitochondria, boosting energy (ATP) production, reducing inflammation, and promoting tissue repair.
How Does RLT Work for Hair Growth?

11. Scientific Evidence & Effectiveness:

Several randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have demonstrated positive effects of red light therapy on androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) in men and women. Subjects showed increased hair density and thickness after consistent treatment (typically 12-26 weeks). The FDA has cleared some devices for hair growth treatment, reflecting safety and efficacy. Mechanisms confirmed in vitro include enhanced ATP production in follicle cells, upregulation of growth factors like VEGF, and modulation of inflammation-related cytokines. Limitations include variable results depending on the cause of hair loss, best effectiveness on early-stage thinning, less on complete baldness or scarring alopecia, and requirement of ongoing treatment for maintenance.

12. Complete Guide to Using Red Light Therapy for Hair Growth:

Recommended Devices: HairMax LaserBand 82, iRestore Laser Hair Growth System, Capillus Laser Cap, Theradome PRO LH80.
Tips for Maximizing Hair Growth with RLT: Combine with scalp massage, use alongside proven treatments (minoxidil, finasteride), maintain a healthy diet rich in biotin, zinc, iron, vitamin D, and avoid harsh chemicals or heat damage.

  • Increases cellular metabolism: Energizes hair follicle cells to improve their function.

  • Stimulates blood circulation: Better blood flow delivers more oxygen and nutrients to hair follicles.

  • Reduces inflammation: Chronic inflammation can inhibit hair growth; RLT modulates inflammatory pathways.

  • Promotes collagen production: Supports scalp health and follicle strength.

  • Extends the anagen (growth) phase of hair follicles: Prolonging active hair growth.

  • Choosing the Right Wavelength – 630 nm to 670 nm (visible red light) and 800 nm to 850 nm (near-infrared) are most effective. Devices combining both ranges may offer enhanced benefit.

  • Treatment Duration & Frequency – 10 to 20 minutes per treatment area, 3 to 5 times per week initially, minimum 12 weeks to see results, continued use recommended for maintenance.

  • Distance from Device – Typically 1-6 inches from the scalp to maximize light absorption without heat buildup.

  • Consistency – Hair growth is slow, so consistent application over months is crucial.

  • Safety – Generally safe and non-invasive; avoid staring directly into high-powered LEDs; consult a doctor if photosensitive.

13. Microneedling for Hair Growth:

Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the scalp. These micro-injuries kickstart your body’s natural wound-healing process, releasing growth factors such as VEGF and FGF-7 — essential proteins that stimulate hair follicle regeneration and boost hair growth.
Does Microneedling Really Work?
Yes. Clinical research shows microneedling can significantly increase hair count and thickness, especially when combined with treatments like minoxidil. Microneedling alone can outperform minoxidil in increasing hair density, and combining both delivers even better results.

Needle Size Matters:
Hair Growth Protocol:
Safety Tips:

Sterilize device before/after use, avoid inflamed scalp, consult specialists, monitor scalp for irritation.
Results Timeline: Hair regrowth may begin 6–10 weeks; full results after 3–6 months consistent treatment.

  • 0.25–0.5 mm: Enhances absorption of topical products, safe for frequent use.

  • 1.0–1.5 mm: Stimulates deeper scalp layers, best used biweekly or monthly.

  • 2.0–2.5 mm: For severe cases, professional use only.

  • Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): 0.5 mm needle, once weekly, with scalp cleansing, device sterilization, and soothing serum application; minoxidil 5% optional for enhanced effect.

  • Phase 2 (Weeks 5–12): 1.0 mm needle, every two weeks, repeat Phase 1 steps.

  • Phase 3 (After Week 12): 1.5 mm needle, once per month, focus on thinning areas.

14. Contrast Therapy for Hair Washing:

Alternating hot and cold water during hair washing—also called contrast therapy—induces expansion and contraction of blood vessels in the scalp. This process enhances blood circulation, which can increase oxygen and nutrient delivery to hair follicles. While this practice may not directly stimulate hair growth, it creates an optimal environment for healthy hair rejuvenation.

How It Works:
Practical Application:

Conclusion:
While alternating hot and cold water during hair washing may not directly trigger new hair growth, it promotes scalp circulation and hair health. When combined with a balanced diet, proper hair care, and a healthy lifestyle, this contrast therapy can be a beneficial addition to your hair care routine.

Important Tips:

  • Hot Water: Warm water helps open hair follicles and cleanses the scalp by removing excess oils and buildup. This prepares the scalp for better absorption of nutrients and supports follicle health.

  • Cold Water: Cold water causes blood vessels to constrict, reducing inflammation and tightening hair cuticles. This can strengthen hair strands and stimulate blood circulation when alternated with warm water.

  • Contrast Therapy Effect: Switching between hot and cold water causes vasodilation and vasoconstriction—expansion and contraction of blood vessels—that may improve blood flow and oxygen supply in the scalp, supporting follicle health and potentially hair growth.

  • Start with warm water to thoroughly wet and cleanse your scalp with shampoo.

  • Rinse with warm water to wash away shampoo and open follicles.

  • Alternate between warm and cold water rinses a few times, ending with cold water for 30 seconds to 1 minute to seal cuticles and stimulate circulation.

  • Avoid using excessively hot water, which can strip natural oils and damage hair.

  • Limit cold water exposure to 30 seconds to 1 minute to avoid discomfort.

  • Use this method 2–3 times per week for optimal results.

  • If you have scalp conditions like eczema or psoriasis, consult a healthcare professional before starting contrast therapy.

Tips for Lashes & Brows

  • Remove eye makeup gently: One of the biggest causes of lash loss is aggressive makeup removal. Mascara, especially waterproof formulas, can make lashes brittle, and scrubbing it off can tug lashes out prematurely. Instead, use a gentle, oil-based makeup remover or micellar water on a soft cotton pad. Press it against your closed eye for 10-15 seconds to dissolve the makeup, then gently wipe downward along the lashes. Avoid harsh rubbing or see-saw motions. For brows, similarly be gentle when removing brow pomade or pencil – use a mild cleanser or remover and avoid vigorous scrubbing of your brow area.

  • Be careful with lash extensions and falsies: Eyelash extensions, when done by a skilled technician and properly cared for, can be safe – but long-term, continuous use of extensions can stress your natural lashes. The weight of extensions or improper application (like attaching one extension to multiple natural lashes) can cause natural lashes to shed more quickly. If you love extensions, consider taking breaks every few months to let your natural lashes recuperate, and use a lash serum during that break. If you wear false strip lashes, make sure to use a good quality, latex-free glue and remove them gently with an oil-based remover to dissolve the glue (never rip them off). Give your lash line a couple days of rest between wearing falsies. Your natural lashes will thank you.

  • Avoid over-plucking your eyebrows: We’ve all been guilty of chasing that perfect arch and going a bit tweezer-happy. But keep in mind, each hair you pluck is not guaranteed to grow back – especially as we get older or if we repeatedly pluck the same area. Try to limit tweezing to once every couple of weeks for maintenance, rather than daily. When you do tweeze, only remove the obvious strays outside your desired shape. If you’re unsure, see a brow professional (threading or waxing tech) to help shape your brows, then just maintain the outline they create. Also, consider letting your brows grow out a bit fuller – the trend these days leans toward a more natural, full brow, which is great news for hair health! If you’re in a regrowth phase, resist the urge to pluck new hairs coming in – those are your future brow. You can always trim extremely long brow hairs with tiny scissors instead of plucking.

  • Keep the area nourished: Just as the hair on your head benefits from conditioner, your lashes and brows benefit from conditioning, too. Dry, brittle lashes or brows are more likely to break or fall out. Using Rejjuv Lash Serum or Brow Oil as directed will help a lot in keeping those hairs moisturized and flexible. Even if you’re not using a product like ours, you could apply a tiny bit of pure castor oil or aloe vera gel to your lashes and brows at night for moisture (just be careful with pure oils around the eyes). Also, avoid using drying products on your brows/lashes – for instance, some brow gels have alcohol that can dry hairs out, so use those sparingly.

  • Hands off: It can be tempting to rub your eyes (especially when tired or after removing contacts) or to absentmindedly twirl your eyebrow hairs or pick at them. Try to avoid unnecessary handling of lashes and brows. Every time you pull or rub, you risk dislodging hairs that were otherwise happy to stay. If your eyes are itchy, address the cause (allergies? old mascara?) rather than rubbing. If you find yourself touching your brows out of habit, keeping them slightly groomed with a bit of brow balm can discourage fiddling (because they’ll feel “set” in place).

  • Patience in the process: Whether you’re trying to grow out over-plucked brows or recover from lash damage, know that it takes time. Eyelashes have a growth cycle of around 3-4 months on average (some of that is growth, the rest is resting/shedding phases). Eyebrows can take even longer – up to 4-6 months or more for a full cycle. That means if you’re starting from scratch (very thin brows), you might not see big changes for a couple of months. Don’t get discouraged. Keep up with your nightly serum or oil application, and use a filling product in the meantime if you need to (there’s no harm in using a gentle brow powder while growing your real brows out). For lashes, you might notice some improvement in 6-8 weeks, but full results often show up around 12-14 weeks. Consistency is critical: missing applications will slow progress. Think of it like watering a plant – skip a few days and the growth slows. So stick with your routine, and before you know it, you’ll look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to see results?
Results develop gradually. Many users start to notice subtle improvements (like less hair shedding or slightly fuller-looking lashes) after about 4-6 weeks of consistent use. More significant visible results typically appear around the 8-12 week mark. Remember, natural hair growth is a slow process – it can take a month just to grow a centimeter of hair. Lashes and brows also have growth cycles that span weeks to months. So, patience is important. Stick with your Rejjuv routine daily, take photos to track progress, and celebrate the small wins along the way. If you commit to using the products consistently, you give yourself the best chance to see results as the weeks go by.

Will Rejjuv regrow hair on completely bald spots?
Our products can help optimize the conditions for growth by nourishing any active hair follicles, but they are not magic. If a hair follicle is truly inactive or dead (for example, a shiny bald spot with no hair at all for years), then it may not produce new hair. No topical product can miraculously revive a completely dead follicle – not even prescription treatments can do that once a follicle has scarred over.

Rejjuv works best on areas where hair is thinning or weak but follicles are still present (even if dormant). For example, if your hair has generally thinned out or your brows are sparse, Rejjuv can likely help strengthen those follicles and encourage growth. But if an area has been bald for a very long time, results could be limited. We encourage realistic expectations – you may see significant improvement in thickness and coverage, but it won’t necessarily “cure” advanced baldness. In short: Rejjuv is a great support for your hair’s natural growth process, but it has its limits. Always feel free to reach out to us with details of your situation, and we can give you a more tailored perspective on what to expect.

Are these products safe? Any side effects?
Yes – Rejjuv formulas are made with gentle, natural ingredients and are generally very safe for topical use. We specifically chose ingredients with long histories of traditional use on hair and skin. Most people experience no adverse effects at all. Our products contain no parabens, no synthetic fragrances, and no harsh chemicals that often cause irritation. However, as with any new skincare or haircare product, there’s a small chance you could be sensitive or allergic to one of the natural ingredients (for example, some people can be allergic to essential oils or certain plant extracts).

We recommend patch-testing: apply a small amount of the product on the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours to see if any redness or irritation occurs. If you experience any itching, redness, or irritation on the application areas (scalp, lash line, etc.), discontinue use. Avoid direct contact with eyes – if our Lash Serum or Oil accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse gently with water. Thus far, we haven’t had reports of significant side effects. Many customers actually report positive side effects like softer skin around the application area (thanks to the moisturizing oils). But everyone’s body is unique. If you have particularly sensitive skin or known allergies, check our full ingredient lists or consult your dermatologist before use. And of course, if you ever have questions or concerns about safety, reach out to us. Your well-being is our top priority.

Can men use Rejjuv products too?
Absolutely! Our products work for all genders and hair types. Hair thinning and lash/brow issues are not just women’s problems – men experience them as well, and Rejjuv is here to help anyone who needs it. The mechanisms of action (nourishing follicles, improving circulation, strengthening hair) are the same whether you’re male or female. We have many happy male customers using the Nourishing Hair Oil on receding hairlines or thinning crowns, and even using the Brow Oil to fill in patchy beards or thinning eyebrows. There’s nothing in our products that is “hormone-specific” to one gender. In fact, our formulas avoid hormones altogether, relying on plant-based biochemistry that works universally. So men, feel confident in giving Rejjuv a try. The subtle natural scent of herbs is unisex (no flowery perfumes here), and the results – stronger, fuller-looking hair – are something anyone can enjoy. Hair confidence is for everyone!

Do I need to keep using the products to maintain results?
For lasting benefits, consistent use is key. Think of Rejjuv like nourishment for your hair – as long as you keep feeding it, it stays healthy and thriving. If you stop, over time your hair will gradually return to its baseline state. This is similar to most hair care or skincare routines: if you stop moisturizing your skin, it might become dry again; if you stop using a hair strengthener, eventually your hair might revert. Many of our customers incorporate Rejjuv into their long-term routine even after achieving their desired results. The good news is, our products are gentle and safe for prolonged use. For example, you might use the Lash Serum every day until you reach a lash length you love, then scale down to a few times a week just to maintain. Or continue using the Hair Oil twice a week to keep new growth stimulated. If you discontinue completely, don’t worry – it’s not like all progress will vanish overnight. You’ll likely maintain results for a while, but gradually the effects may diminish as your natural growth cycles proceed without the extra support. In summary: Rejjuv is a journey, not a one-time quick fix. We encourage you to view it as a healthy habit for your hair, lashes, and brows. Of course, you can always pause use and resume later – there’s flexibility. But for optimal, continuous results, regular use is recommended.

Can I use Rejjuv if I’m pregnant, nursing, or undergoing medical treatments (like chemo)?
Our products use natural ingredients and no drugs or hormones, but we always err on the side of caution for our moms-to-be and those under medical care. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we strongly recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using Rejjuv (or any new skincare product). Certain essential oils or herbal extracts, while natural, may not be recommended during pregnancy. For example, rosemary and peppermint oils are generally advised to be used with caution for pregnant women. It doesn’t necessarily mean they’re harmful in the small amounts present, but it’s best to get your doctor’s okay. If you’re undergoing chemotherapy or have a specific medical condition, likewise consult your doctor. We’ve had customers use Rejjuv after chemotherapy to help nurture regrowth – in those cases, we advise waiting until active treatment is completed and the doctor gives the green light. The bottom line: safety first. Show your doctor the ingredient list (we’re happy to provide a detailed list if needed) and ask if it’s suitable for you. We completely understand wanting to use Rejjuv during these times – hair loss from hormonal changes or medical treatments can be especially distressing – and we truly want to help. But your doctor’s guidance should come first. If you do get the go-ahead, Rejjuv can be a gentle companion as your hair recovers. If not, we’ll be here for you after that phase of life when you’re ready.

What if I don’t get the results I hoped for?
We sincerely hope Rejjuv will delight you, but we also understand that everyone’s hair journey is unique. If you’ve used our product as directed for the full 8-12 weeks and aren’t seeing the improvement you wanted, first of all, reach out to us. We’re here to help and perhaps troubleshoot (maybe a tweak in usage could help, or using a combo of products). Sometimes a small adjustment – like applying more frequently, or adding a scalp massage – can boost results. But if you’ve done all that and still feel let down, we’ve got your back. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee (see our Refund Policy for details). If it’s within 30 days of your purchase and you’re not happy, you can return the product for a refund. Even if it’s just beyond that, talk to us – we truly care about your experience and will work with you. Maybe the product didn’t work as expected, but we can try an alternative product or provide a discount/refund as appropriate. Our goal is never to have an unhappy customer. At the end of the day, we’re on the same team – we want you to feel confident and joyful. If Rejjuv isn’t helping you get there, we’ll refund your money (no hassle, no hard feelings) so you can explore other options. Your trust matters more than a one-time sale. We would appreciate feedback on what didn’t meet your expectations, as it helps us improve. But the bottom line: your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do what it takes to make it right, whether that’s a refund, an exchange, or even just lending a sympathetic ear and some advice.

Are your products really natural and cruelty-free?
Yes. When we say natural, we mean it – our formulas are at least 95-100% naturally-derived ingredients. We use plant oils, herbal extracts, and nature-identical vitamins/minerals. Whenever possible, we source organic ingredients (many of our key oils are certified organic). We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or any of those questionable ingredients. If an ingredient isn’t something we’d feel comfortable using on ourselves or our loved ones, it doesn’t make it into the bottle. As for being cruelty-free – absolutely. We love our animal friends. We never test on animals, period. Our products are currently not certified by an official cruelty-free organization (we are a small indie brand working towards certifications), but we ensure that none of our raw material suppliers test on animals either. In terms of vegan status: our hair and lash products contain no animal-derived ingredients (no keratin, no beeswax, etc.), so they are vegan-friendly. (Our Brow Oil is also vegan.) We are very transparent about ingredients – you can find full ingredient lists on each product page and on the packaging. If you ever have a question about a particular ingredient or why it’s there, just ask! We have nothing to hide. Our ethos is “nature knows best,” and we formulate accordingly, with a dash of science to back it up. When you use Rejjuv, you can trust you’re using a clean, green product that’s been made with love and respect for both people and the planet.
